Dylan’s career began in radio, with NBC in Chicago and New York, where she broke ratings records as the most listened to female disc jockey in the United States. She held positions never previously occupied by women and broke ceilings for the many who’ve come after her.

Her programs equipped children with leadership skills and tools to fulfill their highest potential and reach their goals and dreams.
Most recently, Dylan’s feature documentary, On Our Own Island, which she co-produced with her journalist-daughter, is a true love story that is captivating audiences around the world.
